Rob worked in Finance in the city of London for 20 years. He brought to the business his expertise of Foreign Exchange and understanding of markets. Vital to our buying processes, he has transformed our opportunities and understanding of our marketplace. Rob joined Cuisine Royale in 2007, initially to help Lesley run her hobby business. He is now the driving force behind the company, Managing Director and main shareholder, he runs the company day to day. Not afraid to do any job needed.

Lesley took over Cuisine Royale in 2002 as a hobby business. She had worked in catering and Corporate entertaining for 20 years, married with children, she had always worked – but wanted something to fit in with her family life. Robert taking over the running of the business, has given her the chance to take a back seat, concentrating on the food aspect of the business and time for HR.

Sara is our office manager and has worked at Cuisine Royale forever!! She processes your orders with lightening speed and efficiency at the crack of dawn each day, having already organised her children for school. Sara knows the product list thoroughly, she is a never ending source of information. She is a talented cake maker, much appreciated by the rest of the team.

Wildlife Officer and Mr Happy. Nigel lives locally to our base, he could walk to work. He frequently returns with photos of deer, birds and the beautiful countryside on his route. Nigel drives the North Essex run daily, and will cover the other routes when drivers are on holiday, always happy and enthusiastic.
